I hereby declare this was my last attempt on curry puff/puff pastry (or until I could get a new house with dry kitchen that has A/C - yeah dream on I know). Making puff pastry in our hot and humid weather is just impossible!
During my previous attempt which was 2 years back, I already knew how tough it was to handle the rough puff pastry which threatened to melt just seconds out from the chiller, but my itchy fingers decided to try an updated recipe by Chef Christopher. Preparing and frying the potato and chicken curry from scratch took much effort as well. In the end, I reckoned it was easier to buy curry puff than to make them. Period.
